Express Entry Pool: 462 Invited and 115 French speakers from Ontario PNP Draw

Do you want my candid advice to the processing of your Canada Immigration? If yes, just get yourself a legit French TEF result with at least NCLC 7 level and you are sure of getting an ITA in no time with or without the IELTS result within 3 months or less. Some of you may like to learn the language and prepare for the test simultaneously; we at A.O.S Academy have the right language programs and online courses for you on our online French school. However, if you do not want to prepare for the test and get the results, there is always a way around it. Contact us privately and we would explain it well to you. Though, there are a lot of opportunities for you in Canada and elsewhere once you speak and use French.
The July 21 Express Entry Pools
Now, Canada just invited 462 Express Entry candidates to apply for permanent residence on July 21. Ontario also held its fourth PNP draw of the year for French-speaking Express Entry candidates in which it issued invitations to 115 bilingual Express Entry candidates on July 21 as well. All invited candidates had previously received a nomination from a Provincial Nominee Program (PNP). This is why the score cut-off was relatively high at 734. Provincial nominees in the Express Entry pool automatically get 600 points added to their score. Without the nomination, the lowest-scoring candidate would have had 134 points. What is that telling you? For me, there is no better time to get an ITA if not now. You need very low scores to get it once you can show your amazing TEF results and are given a nomination from Ontario, Manitoba, Alberta or any other willing province in Canada.
Conditions of Selection
Selected candidates from the Ontario province may be eligible to immigrate to Canada through Ontario’s Express Entry French-Speaking Skilled Worker (FSSW) stream. Candidates needed to have a profile in the Express Entry system with a Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score between 461 and 467.The FSSW is an enhanced Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) stream, which means it is aligned with the Express Entry system. Candidates who received a Notification Of Interest (NOI) in this draw had to have an Express Entry profile created after July 21, 2020.Likewise, Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) also published a cutoff time for the tie-break rule. This is an administrative requirement, and it does not mean there was any actual tie. Candidates who had the minimum score were only invited if they submitted their Express Entry profile before April 11, 2021 at 10:56:32 UTC.Next Call to Action
Imagine that you have been in the pool with your TEF results within the last 3 months; you could have been selected just like the others due to your amazing test scores. You needed not even have a lot of scores once you have scored past the minimum threshold of NCLC 7 which is way below what you can get once we at A.O.S Academy prepare you for the test.In the previous PNP draw, Canada invited 627 candidates. The score requirement was 760. The new draw rendered fewer invitations and also a lower score cutoff.Invited candidates will be contacted by the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP), and have 45 days to apply online for their provincial nomination. This is the fourth FSSW draw of the year and it brings the total number of NOIs issued through this stream to 489.
PNP and CEC draws
Throughout the pandemic, IRCC has been holding only PNP- and Canadian Experience Class (CEC)-specific draws. This is because these candidates are more likely to already be living in Canada, and less likely to be disrupted by public health measures like travel restrictions.Coronavirus-related measures in Canada are starting to roll back. Canada’s border is reopening to non-essential travel to fully vaccinated U.S. travellers in August. Then in September, the border will open to fully vaccinated people from all other countries. However, direct flights to India are still suspended until August 21.Canada set a target to welcome 401,000 new immigrants to Canada this year, according to its immigration levels plan. About a quarter of these are allotted to come through the Express Entry system.Eligibility for FSSW
The first step is to have a profile in the Express Entry system. This program is for people who meet the eligibility requirements for the Canadian Experience Class or the Federal Skilled Worker Program. To know your eligibility status, we at A.O.S Migration Agency run a pre-evaluation process for you in order to check the best program through which you can register and how much you will incur from the very beginning of the process to the end. Click on the link if you would like to get started with that at once.Candidates need a minimum Canadian Language Benchmark (CLB) of at least 7 in French, and 6 in English. Among other eligibility criteria, the OINP will also want to see that candidates have enough funds to cover settlement costs in Ontario.
Benefit of PNP

Provincial Nominee Programs (PNPs) allow Canadian provinces to invite immigration candidates who may be a good match for their regional labour markets.Express Entry candidates who receive a provincial nomination are effectively guaranteed to get an Invitation to Apply (ITA) for Canadian permanent residence in a subsequent draw at the federal level. With a provincial nomination, candidates get an automatic reward of 600 CRS points. More than enough to receive an ITA in the average all-program Express Entry draw, or a PNP-only draw.Since the people invited in today’s draw have profiles in the federal Express Entry system, receiving the provincial nomination from Ontario would give them an additional 600 Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) points towards their overall score. What Else?
